Shipping policy

Due to the impact of COVID-19, please be aware there are possible shipping delay from the post office. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

Every order will be shipped with a tracking number and our current estimate is that your order will ship within 4 to 6 business days. Made to order items will take longer accordingly. Please check the description on item page before your purchase.

 

We ship to your registered address. If you need your item sent to a different address, please send us a note before the time of purchase.

All orders are sent via Canada Post with a tracking number (unless we receive special request from customer for no tracking  method). 

--Shipping fee for U.S. and Canada--
FREE SHIPPING with a tracking number when you purchase over $150.
When you are paying shipping for less than $150 item, you will still receive tracking numbers for your order.

--Shipping fee for International order--
I will provide tracking numbers for all international orders.

After we ship your order, we will always contact you to confirm when your item was sent.

✳︎If you special request and choose to ship your order without trackable shipping method and your order was not delivered to you, I cannot refund or send you replacement jewelry.

***If you would like to upgrade to a different shipping method (ex. express post), please send us a message and we can obtain a price quote for you from the post office. Please be aware that this will increase your shipping cost.***

If you live outside of Canada, you are responsible for any additional international custom charges. Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local taxes and duties may apply and they differ from country to country. Please check with your local post office for these taxes and duties.

All jewellery will be nicely gift wrapped in a box or tissue paper with Dancing Leaf Design's tag and thin twine.
